Creating a shared blueprint for a connected financial platform.
I translated a broad financial-platform vision into an implementation-ready system
spanning payments, wallets, subscriptions, accounting and access.

- Multiple products needed one coherent money-movement, billing and entitlement foundation.

- Defined 21 capabilities, authored 50+ pages of PRDs, mapped audit-ready money flows and designed an operations-facing Payments Admin Hub.
